Every carer passes two interviews, a background check, two reference calls, a paediatric first-aid course and a trial session with our team.
Most evening bookings are confirmed within two hours. Same-day emergency care is available until 14:00.
Yes. For nanny placements we arrange a free meet-and-greet, and a paid trial day before anyone signs anything.
You pay through the app after each booking. Nanny placements are invoiced monthly, and the agency fee is one-off.
